Start from
from strip to check-in

A schedule on paper is a plan. A check-in is a record.

The strip tells you what to take. The check-in asks whether you did, and by Sunday you can see the week at a glance.

  1. 01

    Fill the organiser

Write the name and dose on the row, then tap the compartments it goes in. Morning, noon, evening and night are there already; add another time with the plus.

  2. 02

    Print the strip

One page, four compartments: morning, noon, evening, night. Stick it on the fridge or the pill box, or hand it to whoever helps.

  3. 03

    Send each dose to Poko

A once-a-day medication gets a Send check-in that asks whether you took it and counts the week. A multi-dose one gets one reminder per compartment.

Questions, answered

What is the difference between a check-in and a reminder?
A reminder tells you it is time. A check-in tells you it is time, then asks what happened, with Done and Skip buttons, and shows how many days this week you took it. For a medication taken once a day, the check-in is the better fit because it tracks adherence, not just alerts.
Why do twice-a-day medications become reminders instead of check-ins?
Poko runs one check-in per activity per day. A medication taken at 8am and 9pm needs two prompts, so the builder makes two daily reminders instead. If you would rather track the morning dose as a check-in, add the medication twice with one time each.
Can I set this up for a parent?
Yes. Choose Someone else's and enter their name. Each dose becomes a poke that arrives on their WhatsApp from Poko. Poko asks for their consent the first time, and they can stop reminders from you whenever they want. Check-ins are self-tracking only, so a parent who wants the weekly count sets it up from their own phone.
Does the builder send anything by itself?
No. Every line opens WhatsApp with the message already typed. You press Send, one message at a time, and Poko confirms each one with the exact local time it saved.
Is anything I type stored on this page?
No. The builder runs in your browser. Medication names only leave the page when you choose to open WhatsApp, where they are placed in the composer for you to send.
Is this medical advice?
No. The builder organises the schedule you already have. Follow the label and your doctor's instructions for what to take and when.
