A week on one sheet. Tick it here, print it, and send each row to Poko so it asks you every day and keeps the count honest.

from sheet to check-in

Paper is the plan. Poko keeps the score.

Most trackers fail on the logging, not the habit. A check-in you answer with one tap removes the logging.

  1. 01

Write the habits on the sheet

Up to eight rows, written the way you'd say them. Tap the time under each to change when Poko checks.

  2. 02

    Print the sheet

Seven boxes per habit, Monday to Sunday, with a count at the end of each row. Fridge, desk, or the back of the door.

  3. 03

    Send each row to Poko

Send check-in opens WhatsApp with one message. From then on Poko asks every day, you tap Done or Skip, and the reply shows your week so far.

Questions, answered

How is this different from a habit app?
There is no app to open. The paper sheet is the plan, and the check-in arrives on WhatsApp at the time you chose, asks whether you did it, and replies with the count for the week. You never have to remember to log anything.
What does Poko count?
Days you tapped Done. Each check-in shows the current week as n/7, Monday to Sunday, and the separate “progress” command shows the lifetime total for each habit. Skipped and unanswered days add nothing and never reset what you already did.
Can a habit run only on some days?
Not yet. Every accountability check-in is daily. For a three-times-a-week habit, keep the daily check-in and tap Skip on the off days; the week's count still tells the truth.
Do the ticks on this page sync with Poko?
No. The boxes here are for trying the sheet and for printing. Poko keeps its own count from your Done taps on WhatsApp. Send “progress” any time to see it.
Does the builder send anything by itself?
No. Each line opens WhatsApp with the message already typed. You press Send, one message per habit, and Poko confirms each check-in with the time it will arrive.
Is Pokobot free?
The tracker is free and needs no account. Pokobot includes a free trial; after that, keeping check-ins running requires a small regional subscription.
