Tell Poko who needs to meet, when and for how long. He creates the Calendar event, emails the invites and sends the Meet link straight back to your WhatsApp chat.
Google Calendar supplies the event, invitation and Meet room. Poko turns your message into all three.
Send connect calendar. Poko replies with a signed link created for your WhatsApp number.
Choose the Google account whose primary calendar you use, review the event permission and continue. Poko never sees your Google password, Gmail or Drive.
Ask naturally, for example set up a 30-min call with Anjali Thursday at 4pm. Include at least one guest: solo time blocks stay normal Calendar events and do not receive a Meet link.
Share a missing email once. Poko saves it with the contact, creates the meeting and sends the Meet URL in its own message so it stays easy to find.
Already connected, and Poko knows the guest’s email? The sign-in and email question disappear. Set up a 30-min call with Anjali Thursday at 4pm is enough.
First send connect calendar to Poko and approve the secure Google Calendar connection. Then say set up a 30-min call with Anjali on Thursday at 4pm. A meeting needs at least one guest, so include a name or email address. If Poko does not know that person’s email yet, he asks once and saves it for next time. He then creates the event on your primary Google Calendar, emails the invitation and sends the Google Meet link back to WhatsApp. To change the time, cancel the original meeting and create its replacement; direct in-place editing is not available yet.
The first four examples open WhatsApp ready to edit. The final commands are useful after a meeting exists.
what’s on my calendar Thursday?find the meeting and check whether it has a Meet linkcancel my call with Anjali on Thursdayremove the event and email a cancellation to the guestset up a 30-min call with Anjali Friday at 2pmcreate the replacement after cancelling a changed meetingAdd at least one guest and Poko asks Google Calendar for a fresh Meet room. The URL is attached to the event and sent back in a separate WhatsApp message, so you never have to create or paste it yourself.
Use an email directly or name a saved contact. If that contact has no email, Poko asks for it before creating anything, then saves the address so the next meeting really is one message.
The title, time, duration, guests and Meet URL live on one Google Calendar event. Google emails the invitation, and a cancellation from Poko emails the attendees too.
Yes. Poko creates Google Meet rooms as part of a Google Calendar event, so the same one-time Calendar connection powers the event, invitation and Meet link. If you ask for a meeting before connecting, Poko sends the secure sign-in link first.
Poko adds a Google Meet room when the event has at least one attendee. A solo event or time block is created without a Meet link because there is nobody else to invite. Include a saved contact name or an email address in the request.
The meeting is not created yet. Poko asks for the missing email, then retries with the name and address together. That address is saved to the contact at the same time, so future meetings with that person do not need the extra question.
Yes. Name several saved contacts or include several email addresses. Poko adds every resolved address as an attendee, and Google emails each person the invitation with the same Meet link.
It appears in two places: on the Google Calendar invitation and in a separate WhatsApp message from Poko. The chat copy makes it easy to forward, while the Calendar copy remains attached to the event.
Not in place yet. Cancel the original meeting, then create its replacement with the new time. Cancelling removes the Calendar event and emails its attendees; the replacement receives a new Meet link and invitation.
Poko resolves the time in your saved timezone and creates an exact Calendar event. Google Calendar then displays that event in each guest’s own timezone, as it does for any other invitation.
Yes. Meeting creation is included with everything else for the first 7 days, then it remains part of the Pokobot subscription with no separate Meet add-on.
