Every command has to contain the word “todo”, deliberately, so the list can never swallow a message you meant as a reminder. Items match on any part of their wording, so “the invoice” finds “send the invoice to Acme”, and when two of them match Poko asks which you meant instead of deleting the wrong one. Yes, and on purpose. “todo”, “to do” and “to-do” all count, so “todo call the bank” and “add to-do call the bank” both work. Phrasings that leave it out, like “put milk on my list”, are not to-do commands and get handled as ordinary messages. Keeping it narrow is what guarantees a real reminder is never read as a to-do by mistake.

No. Ticking off deletes the item rather than filing it away, so there is no completed list and no history to browse. The list only ever shows what is still outstanding. If something matters after it is done, it wants to be a note somewhere else, not a ticked-off to-do here.
Fifty items on one list, and up to 200 characters each. Past fifty, Poko says the list is full and asks you to tick a few off first. Adding something that is already on the list tells you so instead of putting it on twice.
