- What happens when the trial ends?
- Reminders stop — including recurring ones — until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, so everything picks up where it left off when you come back.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The trial starts on your first message and needs nothing but WhatsApp. You only see a payment page if you decide to subscribe.
- How do I pay in India?
- Through Razorpay, including UPI Autopay — so a monthly plan renews from your UPI app rather than a card. Everywhere else is handled by Dodo Payments.
- How do I cancel?
- Tell Poko in the chat. There's no dashboard to hunt through, and your reminders keep running until the period you've paid for is over.
