What Pokobot does
You send Poko a note in plain language and it pokes you back at the right time. No app to install, no dashboard you are expected to visit, no new place to check.
Most reminder apps ask you to open them. That is the part people stop doing, usually in the first week. Pokobot lives in a thread you already have open all day.
Who runs it
Pokobot is built and operated by Radical Labs, the company behind the service. Radical Labs runs the WhatsApp business account your reminders are sent from, holds the billing relationship, and is responsible for your data.
We are a small team, which is why the person who answers your email is usually the person who can fix the thing.
Reminders arrive in WhatsApp from Pokobot itself. We will never ask you for a password or a payment detail over WhatsApp. What we store and how long we keep it is written out in the privacy policy, and a person reads every email within 12 hours.
