Link Google Calendar once. Then ask Poko to check your day, add an event, replace a changed plan or delete it, without opening another app.
The only setup happens on Google. After that, creating, changing and deleting events all begin in the same WhatsApp chat.
Send connect calendar. Poko creates a signed link for your WhatsApp number and sends it in the chat.
Tap the link, select the account whose primary calendar you use, review the event permission and continue. Poko never sees your Google password, Gmail or Drive.
Say what the event is and when it starts. Add a duration when it matters; otherwise Poko uses one hour and confirms the exact slot before you move on.
Today, a change is a safe two-message flow: cancel the old event, then add the replacement. Naming the event and day keeps a similar appointment untouched.
Say cancel or delete, plus enough of the title and day to identify it. If several events match, Poko shows the choices and waits for you to pick one.

Start by sending connect calendar to Poko, tap the secure link he sends, choose your Google account and allow access to calendar events. After that, what’s on my calendar tomorrow? reads your schedule, and add dentist Friday at 2pm for 45 minutes creates an event on your primary calendar. To change a plan, cancel the old event and add its replacement in two clear messages; direct in-place editing is not available yet. To remove one, say cancel dentist on Friday. When more than one event matches, Poko asks which one instead of guessing.

If Google revokes the connection, he asks you to link again instead of pretending the action worked.
You can say “Friday at 2”, “tomorrow morning” or “for 45 minutes”. Poko works on your timezone, confirms the resolved date and time in the chat, and puts that exact slot on your primary Google Calendar.
Deleting is never a fuzzy guess. Give Poko a title and day; if more than one event fits, he shows the matches and asks which one you meant. Meetings notify their attendees when they are cancelled.
Send “connect calendar” to Poko. He replies with a secure, signed link. Tap it, choose your Google account, review the Calendar event permission and continue. Google returns you to a confirmation page, and Poko also confirms the connected email in WhatsApp.
Pokobot asks for your email address so it can identify the linked account, plus access to calendar events so it can list, create and delete them. It does not ask for Gmail, Drive or your Google password. The refresh token Google provides is encrypted before it is stored.
Not in place yet. To move, rename or change the duration of an event, cancel the old one and create its replacement as two messages. The page shows the exact flow. Direct event editing is intentionally not advertised until the backend has a dedicated update action.

Yes. Ask for a meeting with a person and a time. Poko uses a saved email or asks for it once, sends the Google Calendar invite and adds a Google Meet link automatically. Cancelling the meeting emails the attendees too.
Revoke Pokobot from your Google Account’s third-party access settings. Google then rejects the stored connection, and Poko will ask you to reconnect the next time you use a calendar feature.
Yes. Calendar management is included with everything else for the first 7 days, then it is part of the Pokobot subscription rather than a separate add-on.
