Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Pokobot. By messaging Poko, connecting it to ChatGPT or another supported service, or buying a subscription, you agree to them.
Who provides Pokobot
Pokobot (“Poko”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Radical Labs. These Terms are an agreement between you and Radical Labs, the operator of the service at pokobot.com. Questions can be sent to hello@pokobot.com.
The service
Poko is a reminder assistant. Depending on the features available to you, it can create, list, change, cancel, and deliver reminders through WhatsApp; manage a simple to-do list; work with services you choose to connect; and provide access through an optional ChatGPT plugin.
Features may change as the service develops. We may add, alter, limit, or discontinue a feature, but changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must control the WhatsApp number used for your Poko account and keep your phone and connected accounts secure.
- You must be at least 13. If you are below the age at which you may enter a contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and any purchase.
- Give accurate information, including your country code, timezone, reminder time, and payment details. Check Poko's confirmation and correct anything that is wrong.
- Activity authorized through your WhatsApp account or a connected account is treated as yours. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use Poko to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or send unwanted messages;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, access controls, usage controls, or payment requirements;
- upload malicious code or content, or use automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide; or
- resell or misrepresent the service without our written permission.
If you ask Poko to remind another person, you must have a lawful reason to use their number and respect their choice. Poko's consent controls do not replace your responsibility to avoid spam or harassment.
Connected services
Poko relies on or can connect to third-party services, including WhatsApp and Meta, OpenAI and ChatGPT, Google Calendar, Razorpay, and Dodo Payments. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply to your use of those services. Poko is not sponsored or endorsed by those providers merely because it interoperates with them.
ChatGPT plugin
Connecting Poko to ChatGPT is optional. Once authorized, ChatGPT can request the Poko actions and reminder information described on the connection screen and in our Privacy Policy. Actions taken through that authorized connection are treated as your instructions. Review a proposed create or cancel action before approving it. You can disconnect Poko from ChatGPT to stop future access; disconnecting does not by itself delete your Poko account or existing reminders.
Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Poko can read or change calendar events only within the access you authorize. Calendar operations can affect invitations and other people. Check event details before confirming a request, and disconnect the integration when you no longer want it.
Free trial, subscriptions, and payments
- New accounts currently receive a 7-day free trial without providing a payment method. If you do not subscribe, paid features and reminder delivery pause when the trial ends; your existing reminders are not automatically deleted.
- Current prices, plan periods, currencies, and included features are shown before purchase and on our Pricing page. Taxes may be included or added as shown at checkout.
- A subscription renews for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. The checkout page identifies the payment provider and the amount and timing of charges before you authorize payment.
- You can request cancellation through Poko or contact hello@pokobot.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, so access can continue until then. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel your individual reminder schedules.
- Except where the checkout says otherwise or applicable law requires it, payments already made are not automatically refundable. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, service failures, or refund requests; we will handle them under applicable law and the relevant payment provider's rules.
Reliability and important limitations
Do not rely on Poko as your only alert for an emergency, a medical dose, personal safety, or a critical legal, financial, or compliance deadline.
Delivery can be late or fail because of network outages, device settings, incorrect instructions, third-party platforms, maintenance, or other events outside our control. Poko does not know whether you read a reminder or completed its task. Keep an appropriate backup for anything where a missed alert could cause harm or material loss.
Poko may use automated systems to interpret natural language, and they can misunderstand a request. You are responsible for checking the confirmation, timezone, recurrence, recipients, and connected-service changes. Poko does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radical Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of Poko. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Poko during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including any mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use of the service or violation of another person's rights.
Suspension, cancellation, and ending your use
You can stop using Poko at any time. You may ask us to close your account and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Ownership and feedback
Poko's software, branding, design, and service content belong to Radical Labs or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of it. You keep any rights you have in the content of your requests. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve Poko without payment or restriction.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or local forum rights that apply to you. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it directly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Poko changes. The effective date above will show the latest version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or our website when required. Continuing to use Poko after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
