At 2am local time the clocks go back to 1am, so the night is 25 hours long. Arizona (except the Navajo Nation) and Hawaii do not observe daylight saving and do not change.

Hawaii and most of Arizona stay on standard time all year. US territories such as Puerto Rico also do not change.
Is the UK date the same?
No. The UK and the EU go back on the last Sunday of October, usually a week earlier.
