# Terms of Service · Pokobot

> The terms for using Pokobot through WhatsApp, ChatGPT, and optional connected services.

Pokobot (“Poko”, “we”, “us”) is a product of Radical Labs. By messaging Poko, connecting it to ChatGPT or another supported service, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Contact: hello@pokobot.com.

## The service

Poko is a reminder assistant. It can create, list, change, cancel, and deliver reminders through WhatsApp; manage a simple to-do list; work with services you choose to connect; and provide access through an optional ChatGPT plugin. Features may change as the service develops.

## Accounts and acceptable use

You must control the WhatsApp number used for your account, keep connected accounts secure, provide accurate country-code, timezone, schedule, recipient and payment information, and check Poko's confirmations. You must be at least 13; if you are below the age at which you may contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and purchases.

Do not use Poko to break the law, violate another person's rights, harass or deceive people, send unwanted messages, disrupt or probe the service, bypass access or payment controls, upload malicious content, or resell the service without permission. If you remind another person, you must have a lawful reason to use their number and respect their consent choice.

## Connected services

Poko relies on or can connect to WhatsApp and Meta, OpenAI and ChatGPT, Google Calendar, Razorpay, and Dodo Payments. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Connecting ChatGPT or Google Calendar is optional. Actions through an authorized connection are treated as your instructions. Disconnecting stops future access but does not by itself delete your Poko account or existing reminders.

## Trial, subscriptions, and payments

New accounts currently receive a 7-day free trial without a payment method. After that, paid features and reminder delivery pause unless you subscribe. Current prices and plan periods are shown before purchase and on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can request cancellation through Poko or hello@pokobot.com; it normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where the checkout says otherwise or law requires it, payments already made are not automatically refundable. Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, failures, or refund requests.

## Reliability and important limitations

**Do not rely on Poko as your only alert for an emergency, a medical dose, personal safety, or a critical legal, financial, or compliance deadline.** Delivery can be late or fail. Poko cannot know whether you read a reminder or completed its task. Keep an appropriate backup where a missed alert could cause harm or material loss.

Automated systems can misunderstand natural language. Check the confirmation, timezone, recurrence, recipients, and connected-service changes. Poko does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without excluding mandatory consumer rights.

## Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radical Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Total liability relating to Poko will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the relevant event. These limits do not apply where law does not allow them.

## Ending use, law, and changes

You can stop using Poko at any time and ask us to close your account. We may restrict access to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights. We may update them as Poko changes; the effective date will identify the latest version, and material changes will receive reasonable notice when required.
