# Pokobot

> Never forget anything, ever. A reminder bot that lives inside WhatsApp: you text it in plain English, and it pokes you at the right time.

Pokobot is operated by Radical Labs. Reminders arrive as WhatsApp messages in the thread you already live in. There is nothing to install and no dashboard you are expected to visit.

- Site: https://www.pokobot.com
- Tagline: A friendly poke, so you never forget.
- 122 people across 8 countries (as of 2026-08-25)
- Demo (42s): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwXE-iEKyNg

## What it does

- Plain-English one-off reminders (`remind me to file taxes on Friday at 6pm`).
- Recurring reminders — daily, weekly, monthly, plus sub-daily repeats.
- Quiet hours: a per-reminder active window so fast repeats pause overnight.
- Reminders for other people (`poke …`), with per-sender consent.
- Google Calendar: add events and book meetings from the chat.
- Timezone-aware scheduling — "9am" means the user's 9am.
- Full management (list, edit, snooze, cancel, subscribe) from the same thread.

## Pricing

Free for 7 days. After that, priced by region. India (display): ₹99/month or ₹999/year. See https://www.pokobot.com/pricing.md.

## What people say

**Anmol Singh Bhatia** (Hyderabad), software engineer: I stopped keeping a to-do list. I just text Poko the moment I think of something and it comes back at the right time. The recurring ones are what sold me.

**Kuldeep Anand** (Raipur), runs a startup: In a small team there's no one else to remember things for you. Standup at 10, the investor follow-up on Friday. Poko holds all of it and I've stopped being the bottleneck.

**Pranjal Mishra** (Bangalore), runs an agency: Running an agency is mostly remembering what you promised a client three weeks ago. Now I text Poko the promise the moment I make it on the call, and it comes back at me on the day.

**Jitendra Nirnejak** (Mumbai), freelance designer: Freelancing means chasing your own invoices. Poko nudges me on the 1st and the 5th, so I've stopped sending that awkward “just following up” three weeks late.

**Pravesh Vyas** (Bangalore), software engineer: I type it the way I'd say it out loud (“remind me to stand up every hour”) and it just works. No date picker, no form, no app to switch to. That's the whole reason it stuck.

**Domendra Singh Ganjir** (Raipur), runs a startup community: I run a community, so my week is other people's meetings. I ask for one in the chat and the invite is in my Google Calendar before the call is over.
