Poko reads back the exact titles and times, then you can name the one you mean. ## How do I manage Google Calendar from WhatsApp? Start by sending **connect calendar** to Poko, tap the secure link he sends, choose your Google account and allow access to calendar events. After that, **what’s on my calendar tomorrow?** reads your schedule, and **add dentist Friday at 2pm for 45 minutes** creates an event on your primary calendar. To change a plan, cancel the old event and add its replacement in two clear messages; direct in-place editing is not available yet. To remove one, say **cancel dentist on Friday**. When more than one event matches, Poko asks which one instead of guessing. ## Start with one of these. The first four open WhatsApp with the message already typed. The long-lived connection is stored securely, and Poko gets a short-lived access token only when he needs to read or change events. If Google revokes the connection, he asks you to link again instead of pretending the action worked. ### Natural dates, precise results You can say “Friday at 2”, “tomorrow morning” or “for 45 minutes”. Poko works on your timezone, confirms the resolved date and time in the chat, and puts that exact slot on your primary Google Calendar. ### Careful when names collide Deleting is never a fuzzy guess. Give Poko a title and day; if more than one event fits, he shows the matches and asks which one you meant. Meetings notify their attendees when they are cancelled. ## Questions about Google Calendar **How do I link Google Calendar to WhatsApp?** Send “connect calendar” to Poko. He replies with a secure, signed link. Tap it, choose your Google account, review the Calendar event permission and continue. Google returns you to a confirmation page, and Poko also confirms the connected email in WhatsApp. **What can Pokobot access?** Pokobot asks for your email address so it can identify the linked account, plus access to calendar events so it can list, create and delete them. It does not ask for Gmail, Drive or your Google password. The refresh token Google provides is encrypted before it is stored. **Can Poko update an existing event?** Not in place yet. To move, rename or change the duration of an event, cancel the old one and create its replacement as two messages. The page shows the exact flow. Direct event editing is intentionally not advertised until the backend has a dedicated update action. **Can it read events I created somewhere else?** Yes. Ask what is on your calendar today, tomorrow, this week or on a named day. Poko reads events from your primary calendar, orders them by time and tells you when an event already has a Google Meet link. **Can it create meetings and invite people?** Yes. Ask for a meeting with a person and a time. Poko uses a saved email or asks for it once, sends the Google Calendar invite and adds a Google Meet link automatically. Cancelling the meeting emails the attendees too. **How do I disconnect it?** Revoke Pokobot from your Google Account’s third-party access settings. Google then rejects the stored connection, and Poko will ask you to reconnect the next time you use a calendar feature. **Is Google Calendar included in the free trial?** Yes.
